Missed classes and refunds

If you cannot come to a class

1. Write to us at [hello@your-domain.com] when you know. The earlier, the better.
2. If you do not come, you do not lose the hour. It is not wasted.
3. We agree a new time with you.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel a class, we offer you another time. If that does not suit you, we refund the class.

Stopping your classes

You can stop at any time. Tell us in writing. Classes you paid for but did not take are not lost. We agree with you what happens to them, and we refund them if you ask.

How refunds are paid

We pay refunds back in the same way you paid us.
